Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve included a Frequently Asked Questions section to make things simple and transparent. Starting in the industry can feel overwhelming, and we want you to have clear answers from the start. Our FAQs cover the basics from how representation works, to what you can expect with auditions, to how payments are handled, so you can feel confident every step of the way.

No. TnT Talent does not charge any registration, admin, or onboarding fees. You pay only when you book work, and then our commission is 15%.

A self-tape is an audition video you film following instructions (script or “sides,” lighting, background, etc.). It lets casting directors see your performance remotely.

After the production pays the agency, we pay your portion (after taking our 15% commission). Payment terms depend on production, but we aim for prompt payouts.

None. We believe in transparency. Any optional upgrades or third-party platform fees will be explained clearly, never required, and you approve them before purchase.

The time commitment varies depending on the number of auditions you’re invited to. Some months may be quiet, while others could include multiple self-tapes or callbacks. Preparing self-tapes usually takes an hour, in-person auditions take about 2 hours (including travel) and shoot days can take half a day to several full days.

Most first-round auditions are now virtual and submitted as self-tapes that you record at home. Some callbacks may also be held virtually via video call. However, certain projects still require in-person auditions or callbacks, especially for final selections. Productions will provide clear instructions for each stage.
