How it Works
Apply & Get Set Up
You apply and we review your headshots, resume, etc. If accepted, we'll recommend you for a professional headshot session and help you build your profiles on key casting platforms.
Profile Creation
We assist in creating your profiles: the photos, your bio/resume, uploads of reels/self-tapes. These become your public face for casting directors and productions.
Casting Submissions
We submit your profile to casting directors through our agency and via Breakdown platforms. If a casting director is interested, they may ask you to produce a self-tape (video audition).
Callbacks
If you’re invited in person for a callback, this is your chance to perform again for the casting team. Callbacks help casting directors make final decisions and give you another opportunity to showcase your fit for the role.
Booking & Shoot
If you land the job, you’ll move into the production. This may include a wardrobe fitting where costume designers prepare your look for the role. On shoot days, you’ll be on set working with directors, crew, and other performers.
Commission & Payment
After the production pays the agency, we pay your portion on all earnings from work we secure for you shoot days, usage, etc. (after taking our 15% commission). Payment terms depend on production.
