TnT Talent was born out of a very personal journey. When my daughter first wanted to get into acting and modeling, I had no idea where to begin. After doing some research, I quickly realized how difficult it was to figure out which agencies were reputable and how much the process should actually cost.
We visited several agencies, and nearly all of them required hefty startup fees and expensive photo packages, one even quoted us almost $800 just to build a portfolio PLUS and admin fee! It didn’t sit right with me. So instead of handing over the money, I started learning how to represent my daughter myself.
That decision paid off. Since then, my daughter has booked work in national commercials for brands like Lego and Lexus, proving that with the right guidance and persistence, families don’t need to fall into the trap of unnecessary upfront costs.
Through this process, I also realized something important: acting, especially commercial acting, isn’t about being the most beautiful person in the room. It’s about representing real people in everyday life...all ages, all races, and all body types. Brands want talent who reflect the world we actually live in.
Over time, friends and fellow parents began asking me how they could help their own children break into the industry. That’s when I realized there was a real need for an agency built on honesty, transparency, and fairness.
At TnT Talent, we never charge upfront fees because according to the Entertainment Industry Coalition (EIC) guidelines, talent agents are not allowed to. Instead, we focus on providing real opportunities, proper representation, and support every step of the way.
