Terms & Conditions

1. Representation & Commission

Representation by TnT Talent is subject to a signed Representation Agreement.
The Agency operates on a commission-only basis, capped at 15% of gross compensation for work secured through the Agency.
We do not charge upfront registration or administration fees.

2. Talent Submissions

By applying, you confirm that all information, headshots, resumes, and reels submitted are accurate and owned by you.
TnT Talent reserves the right to accept or decline applicants at its discretion.

3. Payments

All client payments are received into a trust account, from which commissions are deducted.
Net payments are remitted promptly to performers in accordance with industry standards and union requirements (if applicable).

4. Intellectual Property

Content on this website, including branding, design, and text, is the property of TnT Talent and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Talent retains all rights to their headshots, reels, and creative materials submitted.

5. Limitation of Liability

TnT Talent is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of the website or third-party links.
We cannot guarantee employment, auditions, or bookings.
